Messaging service to help landlords

Landlords signed up to the all Island pubwatch scheme will soon be able to send bulk messages to each other.

Members of the scheme can use a new online messaging service to contact each other quickly.

It's hoped the service will provide fast and reliable communication between pubwatch members.

Manx Telecom is providing the service free of charge for the first year.

The service will allow landlords to share information following an incident, or draw attention to potential troublemakers.
