Passengers at the Isle of Man Airport saw another fall last month.

The number of people passing through Ronaldsway fell by 4.8% in March, compared with the same month last year.

That equates to almost 2800 passengers.

Over 1500 fewer travelled on Flybe's Manchester route, whilst Aer Arann's London City route saw a drop of over 1600.

There was better news for the Liverpool route, which saw 1600 more passengers, and Belfast City, which gained over 40%.

Airport chiefs have described the latest figures as disappointing, having expected to see a recovery
