Gary Johnson takes first TT win in Supersport

Gary Johnson has taken his debut win at the Isle of Man TT.

The Lincolnshire rider finished the Supersport race 8.4 seconds ahead John McGuinness.

Guy Martin finished in 3rd place, for the third time this week.

There was more bad luck for Cameron Donald who was in 2nd place until the final minutes of the race, when it's thought his bike ran out of fuel at Sign Post.

There was a lot of confusion during the race when a marshal put out a red flag at Ramsey.

Five riders stopped but continued again when it became apparent that the flag had gone out in error.

Guy Martin and Keith Amor also reported seeing a flag out at Union Mills.
