Castletown by-pass to be resurfaced

The Castletown by-pass is to be resurfaced next week.

Work is due to get underway on the road between Arbory Road and Malew Road on Monday morning.

The road will be open to traffic throughout the works, but there will be temporary traffic lights in place.

Subject to the weather conditions, it's expected that the work will take a fortnight.

The Department of Infrastructure says drivers will see a marked improvement in the road surface once the resurfacing is complete.
