Higher education to be streamlined

The International Business School

The Principal of the Isle of Man College is also to take charge at the International Business School.

The Department of Education and Children says higher education on the Island is to be treated as one institution.

The IBS previously had its own Director, but he resigned last month.

The DEC says it's an appropriate time to streamline higher education.

It's stressed that no students on existing courses will be affected by any changes.

It's expected that changes to how the Business School is run will be phased in over the next two to three months
