Public views sought on use of reservoirs

The Island's Water Authority is to ask the public for its views on recreational use of the Island's reservoirs.

An online questionnaire is being launched to help the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority as it looks to develop a policy for use of the reservoirs.

The organisation says it needs to balance public safety and the protection of the sites, whilst promoting reasonable access to the reservoirs.

The consultation documents, including the questionnaire will be available from Monday 31st October.

Responses must be submitted by the close of business on December 9th.
