No hand baggage change at Flybe says Minister

Wed, 23 Nov 2011

Flybe has no plans to tighten up restrictions on hand baggage for Isle of Man passengers according to the Infrastructure Minister.

David Cretney says he isn't aware of any plans to reduce the size or weight of luggage allowed to be taken onto the airline's planes.

He also says that the operator's policy on boarding cards is clearly explained in the terms and conditions, which customers have to click to say they've read before purchasing a ticket online.

Mr Cretney's comments come following a House of Keys question from Douglas North MHK John Houghton.

However, Mr Cretney says there are some concerns about Flybe [play clip]
