Police not seeking anyone over Harley death

Wed, 28 Dec 2011

Police say they're not looking for anyone in connection with the death of a husky dog whose body was found in Onchan on Christmas Eve.

Harley had been missing for several weeks before he was found dead in the Begoade Area.

Officers had appealed for information from the public about Harley's whereabouts whilst he was missing.

It's now understood that the husky died as a result of an accident, and that there's no suggestion that he had been deliberately subjected to cruelty before his death.

Police are thanking everyone who took part in the search for Harley.
