Witnesses sought to Ballasalla crash

Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash which happened in Ballasalla this lunchtime to come forward.

An articulated wagon carrying a portable cabin collided with a black Volkswagen people carrier near the train crossing on Station Road at around 1.00pm.

Officers say there were a number of vehicles in the area at the time.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit at Police Headquarters.
