The MHKs for Rushen say they're disappointed that a housing development has been given planning permission in Colby.

Phil Gawne, Juan Watterson and Laurence Skelly are worried that the development of over 30 homes on the former Colby Football Club Ground by Heritage Homes will lead to traffic problems in the area.

They say there were a number of objections to the plans at an enquiry into the proposals.

Mr Gawne is particularly concerned about planned changes to a nearby junction [play clip]
