More details about next week's royal visit to the Island have been released.

Charles and Camilla are coming to the Isle of Man next Thursday as part of the Queen's diamond jubilee celebrations.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will visit the Isle of Man Cycling Club at the NSC, where they'll watch youngsters taking part in a race, before meeting World Champion Peter Kennaugh, and members of the club.

The royal couple will then head to Peel to meet local food producers and view their produce.

They'll also be meeting the crew of the Viking longship which is to take part in the royal flotilla at the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant later this year.

The Duke and Duchess will finish their trip with a visit to the Peel Lifeboat Station to meet RNLI volunteers, Coastguards and members of the emergency services.

Royal visits are being made to all Commonwealth states to mark the Queen's 60 year reign on the throne.
