Drunken youths pose problem at carnival

Police say they are disappointed with the number of young people who were found to be drunk in Castletown over the weekend.
There was a heavy police presence on Saturday for the annual Confetti Carnival which attracted hundreds of people.
Four people were arrested after a number of disorder incidents.
With the help of the local commissioners a youth liaison centre at the Civic Hall was set up where police brought intoxicated young people before calling their parents to collect them.
Sergeant Paul Kemp says it is a reoccurring problem at this event:
