Landlords doing more to attract businesses

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

Landlords are starting to bring down the rents on empty shop units in the town centre.

That’s according to the Douglas Development Partnership which says it’s in an effort to do more to attract new business.

The partnership says it has ongoing dialogue with estate agents and businesses are interested in occupying a prime high-street spot.
