UK tax deal key to PM's comments

The Treasury Minister believes a tax deal signed with the UK last year was instrumental in Davd Cameron’s positive comments this week.

For the first time, the UK Prime Minister publically stated the island’s economy was not built on tax evasion.

Mr Cameron went even further and applauded the Isle of Man’s efforts in increased tax transpency.
