The MHK for Castletown says he believes there should be an Island wide strategy to deal with alcohol licenses.

Richard Ronan says he wants to update current policy when it comes to awarding businesses permission to sell alcohol.

Last week, Tesco was once again refused permission to sell alcohol from a proposed new Express store in Callow’s Yard.
