Artist works on Island of Culture 2014

The Isle of Man Arts Council has commissioned Manx artist Juan Moore for a special project during Island of Culture 2014.

Starting on 1st January, Juan will produce an artistic image every day over the course of a year and publish it online via his blog spot.

More recently, Juan has been part of the Oscar-nominated animation team for the film ‘Chico and Rita’ and is well renowned for his artwork in the Island.

Juan says he tries to represent his art in sometimes comedic and surreal ways:
