Hartley Elder

The recruitment process has started to appoint a new director of civil aviation.

The Department of Economic Development is looking to replace Hartley Elder who is retiring later this year.

Since taking over the role the Aircraft Registry has doubled in terms of the number of aircraft on the register and the economic benefits it brings to the Island.
