Jury fails to reach verdict in retrial of Attorney General

Fri, 14 Feb 2014

The jury in the retrial of the Island’s suspended Attorney General has failed to reach a unanimous decision.

It mirrors Stephen Harding’s original trial in December.

He had faced charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice.

It will now be up to the prosecution as to whether it pushes for a third trial.
