Would cannabis cafés on the Isle of Man be positive?

The suggestion was put forward last week during a talk by UK government drugs adviser Professor David Nutt.

He suggested the Island goes its own way as a separate jurisdiction and relaxes the laws.

Shelly Stanley from the drugs charity DASH says there would be a lot of things to take into account prior to its introduction.
