Will closing green lanes to off-road motorcycles do more harm than good to aspiring local talent?

According to campaigner Jamie Wright it will – he says environmental campaigners are taking government for a ride.

Some are claiming that off-road vehicles are ruining the Manx countryside - government has now launched an action plan to review the issue.
