Photos are a stark reminder of not concentrating on road

Police have taken to Facebook to issue a 'stark reminder' about the dangers of not concentrating on the road.

Officers in the south have posted photos of a collision between a bike and a car which happened in Castletown on Tuesday.

The pictures show the damage caused when the two vehicles collided at the junction on the bypass.

Police say luckily only minor injuries were sustained but have reminded drivers to 'think bike' and concentrate on the road at all times.
