Island teachers leading by example

Head teachers from across North West Britain visited the Island's schools this week.

28 heads from England and Wales headed out to see what it would be like if they weren't regulated in the UK by organisations like Ofsted.

Organiser Simon Jones of the National Union of Teachers says he wanted the Island to be seen as a model example.

The delegation attending says teachers here are given the opportunity to give pupils their full attention:
