There's still a long way to go in developing the Manx language teaching in schools on the Island.

That's according to the division secretary of the National Union of Teachers in Wales.

Clare Jones says the Island is at the very beginning of rolling out the Manx language and culture in schools here on the Isle of Man.

It follows her visit to both the Manx language school Bunscoill Ghaelgagh, and others, over the last few days as part of a NUT delegation.
