St John Ambulance launch life saving sessions

St John Ambulance Isle of Man is offering a series of free first aid sessions to the public.

The Save a life 1000 scheme will endeavour to equip the Manx public with the required skills needed which could prove the difference between life and death.

The initiative will see a number of free 2 hour sessions offered, with the aim to train 1000 people overall.

Phil Bennett is the commercial training and marketing manager for St John Ambulance, he says just one training session can make all the difference:
