Legal highs like Russian roulette says DASH

Taking so called 'legal highs' is akin to playing Russian roulette.

That's the verdict from DASH - the Island's Drug Advice Service and Helpline which says it's seeing an increase in cases of people taking them. 

Last week three males were taken to hospital after becoming seriously ill during an event on Port Erin beach - it's believed they had taken small pink and blue tablets.

Shelley Stanley from the charity explains why the substances, which can be easily bought over the internet, can be so dangerous:
