Routine inspections set for Onchan Social Housing tenants

Social housing tenants in Onchan will now have routine inspections of their properties in a bid to stamp out problems.

The Commissioners are undertaking a full review of the 500 plus properties in their stock.

Staff shortages over the last 12 years mean there has been no formal programme of inspections.
