Support for relocating horse trams to walkway

Plans to move the horse tram tracks to the side of the promenade have been put on hold whilst other options are considered.

The Department of Infrastructure has put the brakes on and is now looking at new proposals including moving them to the walkway instead.

This option had been rejected in the past because of concerns about placing the tracks above the IRIS system - however this can now be resolved.
