Chief Minister apologises for hard times

The Chief Minister has apologised for the hard times the Island has faced - but says we are close to rebalancing our finances.
Allan Bell says he does understand that people have been feeling the pinch, despite the Island being in its fourth decade of growth.
New figures show 30 consecutive years of unbroken growth and GDP has reached £4 billion for the first time.
Mr Bell says he's confident there will be more positive news in the near future:
