Mixed opinions on changing the way Chief is elected

Voters should elect their own leader if they want a "president without accountability".
That's the warning from the Chief Minister who says he has limited powers because he's answerable to Tynwald's backbenchers.
Last week over 80 people attended a debate on whether or not the public should vote in the Chief in place of the current system.
Leader of the Liberal Vannin Party Kate Beecroft wants to see things change - however Allan Bell says it would be a mistake:
