The leader of the Liberal Vannin Party says the Chief Minister's response to her queries about the Policy and Reform Minister is unjust.

Last month Kate Beecroft questioned Allan Bell about legislation in place to afford legal powers to the new Cabinet Office.

Now she says information sent to politicians shows that the Council of Ministers doesn't have the authority to give any mandate to Chris Robertshaw.
