'Peggy' being moved for first time in 200 years

A famous yacht is being moved for the first time in 200 years.

The 'Peggy - is being moved from the Nautical Museum in Castletown to Douglas as part of a 10-year programme of conservation works.

The vessel is one of Manx National Heritage's most significant items - the newly refreshed museum will be revealed on the 30 May 2015.

Work will also begin on showcasing previously unseen objects recovered in recent archeological excavations - object conservator Chris Weeks explains what it's in aid of:
