'Heads of terms' signed for Summerland sale

Although 'heads of terms' have been agreed the Summerland site is still yet to be officially sold.

An agreement in principle was signed earlier this year -it shows serious intent to buy without being legally binding.

The preferred development partner is in place, however at this time they remain unknown as the relevant legal paperwork is ongoing.

Any development would be subject to planning consent being granted - as yet no such applications have been submitted.
