Unemployment dropped over the last year

Unemployment rates on the Isle of Man have dropped in the last year.

In November 2013, there were 1,117 people out of work - this dropped by 253 by November this year.

Notable reductions have been seen in retail distribution and the catering and entertainment sectors.

People transferring from other benefits to Jobseeker's Allowance has also fallen by 27 during the last 12 months.
