Data protection issue with bus cards was a 'coincidence'

A confidentiality breach surrounding the new Go School travel cards has been blamed on a "major coincidence".

Earlier this week a parent unwittingly viewed another person's information whilst using the new online top up service.

The isolated incident was unconnected with the school travel cards which are being issued to pupils by the Department of Education and Children.
