Motorists warned texting and driving could kill

Tue, 03 Feb 2015

Using a mobile phone whilst driving is as bad as taking to the roads under the influence of drink or drugs.

It's launched a new campaign this week against texting and e-mailing behind the wheel - the offence carries a fine of £2,500 and four penalty points.
