Fresh scam targets customers who bank on the Island

Scammers have come up with a new way to target  customers who bank on the Island.

Police say they've had numerous reports of people who have been called to say there is a problem with their account.

Anyone who has fallen victim to this scam has been urged to call the bank immediately to try and recoup any losses - they're also advised to log it with Action Fraud.
