Chief constable says alcohol licensing must change

It's unacceptable that around half of all arrests on the Isle of Man involve alcohol.

That's the stark message from the Island's chief constable in his report to the Licensing Court today.

Over half of people arrested between the ages of 22 and 25 and 50 and 53 were intoxicated at the time of their arrest.
