Nearly half of unemployed are under 30

Are the Island's young and out of work doing enough to find employment?
That's the question raised by the Chief Minister as the latest Labour Market figures reveal nearly half of those out of work are aged under 30.
On the whole the figures for February are positive with the unemployment rate down by 216 on last year's total for the same month.
Chief Minister Bell says he can't understand why the numbers are so high:
