EU referendum contingency plan needed says MHK

Government needs an EU referendum contingency plan according to the Speaker of the House of Keys.

As it stands the vote will be held in 2017 and could have major implications for the Island if the UK withdraws membership.

Our indirect membership, via the UK, currently allows free movement and trade within Europe.
