Tynwald petitioner looking to close land registration loophole

A Ballaugh man has launched a campaign to have a land registration loophole closed once and for all.

Ffynlo Craine presented a petition for redress during the Tynwald Day ceremony on Monday.
 
He highlighted that you can register a property without the need to notify potential interested parties - this, he says, means you could see a chunk of your land incorrectly registered to your neighbour.
 
Ffynlo says he brought the petition forward to raise awareness:
