Committal date set for man on heroin charges

A teenager who's accused of supplying over £14,000 of heroin will be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.

18-year-old Kyle Roscoe appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday where he was further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.

He's charged with two counts of theft from July 11th, possessing heroin with intent to supply it from July 13th and unlawfully supplying the Class A drug between December 31st and July 14th.

A committal date of September 10th has been set for the drugs charges however Roscoe will next appear before the Summary Court for the theft matters on August 6th.

There was no application for bail.
