Public views needed on new smoking laws

Efforts to reduce the number of young people smoking are taking a step forward.
Draft regulations aiming to limit access to tobacco products and remove eye catching shop displays have gone out to public consultation - it ends on September 28th.
It all forms part of the Island's wider tobacco strategy which aims to stop non-smokers from picking up the habit, particularly teenagers.
