A* to C pass rate in GCSE reaches record high

The analysis into today's set of GCSE results has been published, and it shows another strong year for Isle of Man students.

For the first time ever the high level pass rate of A* to C grade exceeded 70 per cent, with 72.6 per cent of students achieving this outcome.

The overall pass rate remained high at 98.8% with the results collated from just under 8,000 GCSE entries.
