Man accused of indecent assault to stand trial

A Douglas man will stand trial after denying indecently assaulting a woman.

51-year-old Graham Booth entered a not guilty plea during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.

It's alleged he assaulted the woman in a communal hallway in Douglas on August 30th.

The case will be tried before the Court of General Gaol Delivery - committal proceedings will take place on November 10th.
