Woman found drunk in car to be sentenced

An Onchan woman will be sentenced next month after admitting being in charge of a car whilst drunk.

50-year-old Linda Mcruvie was found sitting in the vehicle in the car park at Grainagh Court mental health facility on August 4th.

Police described her eyes as being glazed and said her speech was slurred - they arrested her and she told them "I shouldn't have done it".

Social enquiry reports have been requested before Mcruvie is sentenced on October 20th
