New DHSC strategy will take years to implement

The Health and Social Care Minister says the department's five-point strategy plan will take years to implement.

It plots the way forward as it faces ever increasing costs and demands placed on the service now that people are living longer.

Work will begin to put the strategy into practice if it's agreed in Tynwald this week.
