Operation of new enterprise fund questioned by MHKs

Who will manage the £50 million Enterprise Development Fund now that it's been approved by Tynwald?

That's the question being posed by a number of MHKs who have concerns as to how the scheme will be supervised.

It's been suggested that one man will be responsible for distributing the money - the fund is expected to create new jobs and business opportunities.
