What evidence suggests that the Liberal Vannin Party is anti-economic growth?

That's the question posed by its leader after the Chief Minister claimed a lack of support for the new enterprise fund is "further evidence" that the party isn't committed to the economy.

Dispite LibVan members opposing the £50 million scheme earlier this month - it was agreed after garnering significant support from other politicians.
