MHK claims animal waste could spark health incident

Concerns have been raised that animal waste being illegally dumped on the Island could cause a "public health incident".

Onchan MHK Peter Karran has called for an investigation to check that the process is being carried out properly - he claims the amount of waste being collected legitimately has gone down. 

In the House of Keys this week the Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister was asked to confer with the Department of Infrastructure which carries out the waste collection.

However Richard Ronan says he doesn't believe there is a problem:
