Election campaign costs questioned following by-election

Savings could be made in the way people conduct their election campaigns before the General Election.

That's according to Clare Bettison - she came second in the Douglas East by-election last week, losing out to new MHK Jon Joughin.

She claims sending out all manifestos together could save government over £5,000 in that constituency alone.
